Please note that all delivery times are approximate and not strictly guaranteed to arrive within the indicated timeframe. Once we have processed your order and handed it over to Royal Mail, there can be unexpected delays. Please check their website for any updates. Delivery times may vary slightly during the pandemic.
We are not currently shipping outside of the United Kingdom. However, if you are outside of the U.K and are interested in ordering with us, please email email@example.com with your enquiry.
Outside the UK is as follows:
Europe Tracked - £10.99 10-14 (Approx) Working Days not including weekends.
Returns and exchanges
Due to the personalisation element of our service we only accept returns if your items included are damaged or defective. If this is the case, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your box and we can arrange an exchange or refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.
To complete your return, we require an order confirmation as proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
